Design Code:

This document is intended to be used as an aid to help building development on the West End Riverside site.  'General Codes' provide an explanation of the elements that appear in the regulating plan as well as general site wide stipulations that all development must follow.  'Envelopes' provides detailed codes for specific building envelopes based on their street hierarchy.  'Public Spaces' provides detailed codes for the street scape, including dimensions and materials.  The Regulating Plan can be used to reference which elements a development  that falls in that area would need to comply with.
